Kevin Haar

President and Chief Executive Officer

Kevin Haar is a software industry executive with a wealth of experience in company building. After six years at HP in a number of field and management positions, Kevin joined Rational Software in 1986 as the company’s first salesperson. Over the course of the next 17 years, Mr. Haar played a key role in driving the company’s transformation from a fledgling software startup into an industry powerhouse with over $800 million in annual revenues. Mr. Haar left Rational in 2003, following the completion of IBM’s $2.1 billion acquisition of the company. Prior to his departure, Mr. Haar served as Rational’s Senior Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations with responsibility for worldwide sales, consulting, training, support, and business development. In addition, Mr. Haar sat on Rational’s executive management committee, through which the company’s four highest-ranking executives and two founders charted its strategic direction.

Mr. Haar holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis.

Roberto "Bob" Lozano

Founder and Chief Strategist

Bob Lozano, a Tsunami Research co-founder, has been President and Chief Executive Officer since the company's 2001 founding. An experienced entrepreneur with a history of building successful companies, Mr. Lozano previously founded and led PaylinX, a leader in the payment solutions market. The award-winning PaylinX Payment Server enabled transaction processing and control for Internet and electronic commerce applications. PaylinX was acquired by CyberSource (NASDAQ CYBS) in July 2000. Prior to PaylinX, Mr. Lozano was President and co-founder of Tapestry Computing, a regional systems integrator and reseller that grew to become the 20th largest Oracle reseller in North America. Mr. Lozano's experience includes management positions with Southwestern Bell, Monsanto, Sandia National Laboratories, and Intelligent Computer Systems.

Mr. Lozano holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.

Jean Roberson

Chief Financial Officer

Jean Roberson is a finance executive with 17 years of progressive experience in all areas of finance, treasury and accounting. Prior to joining the Tsunami, Ms. Roberson was the Chief Financial Officer of Bandwidth Exchange Buildings, a real estate firm focused on the acquisition and management of properties serving telecommunication enterprises. In 1998 Ms. Roberson co-founded Partner Communications and Services, an internet services provider, and served as its Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Roberson also served as Treasurer for Purina Mills during the time of its sale to Koch Industries in 1998. She began her career as an auditor at Ernst & Young.

Ms. Roberson holds a bachelors degree from the University of Missouri and is a C.P.A.

Michael Groner

Vice President of Engineering

Michael Groner is a Tsunami Research co-founder, and serves the company as Vice President of Engineering. Prior to the Tsunami's founding, Mr. Groner served in various capacities at PaylinX and, after its acquisition, at CyberSource. One of the earliest PaylinX employees, Mr. Groner held the position of Chief Architect at the company. Mr. Groner lead the development of several versions of the PaylinX Payment Server. Later, as Director of Software Development at CyberSource, Mr. Groner's managed integration of the PaylinX and CyberSource products and development teams. Mr. Groner began his career as a Developer with Tapestry Computing where he designed and implemented PayPort 1.x, the foundation for the PaylinX concept.

Mr. Groner holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Washington University in St. Louis.

Samuel Charrington

Vice President of Customer Development

Sam Charrington joined Tsunami as Vice President of Customer Development in November 2003, and is responsible for the company's marketing and direct sales efforts. Formerly, Mr. Charrington was an early employee at Plumtree Software, where he made pivotal contributions in a variety of sales and marketing roles as the company grew from pre-revenue to over $80 million in annual income. Most recently, as Director of Business Development, he was responsible for defining and executing the company's technology partnering strategy. Previously, Mr. Charrington held sales and marketing positions in AT&T's Business Multimedia Systems organization.

Mr. Charrington holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University.

Harry Orchard

Vice President of Partner Development

Mr. Orchard, responsible for the Tsunami's channel sales and strategic alliances, joined the company in November 2003. Previously Mr. Orchard served as head of business development for Envive, a company he helped build into a leader provider of web-based system management tools. Prior to joining Envive, Mr. Orchard co-founded Net-Re, an Internet-based exchange serving the reinsurance market. Before Net-Re, Mr. Orchard held several roles at Silicon Graphics, Inc., ultimately managing the company's business development activities.

Mr. Orchard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from the University of Rochester and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
